Beccles is a most excellent market town, ideal for the Norfolk Broads. The nearby cathedral city of Norwich is just 20 minutes drive away. We are superbly placed for both the Norfolk and Suffolk coastal areas. The most excellent beach, sea, and renowned pier at Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich and Aldeburgh are all within easy reach of Beccles. For children's entertainment there is Pleasurewood Hills. You may also wish to visit the splendour of Constable country. It is worth remembering however that drifting down the river at Beccles is just simply relaxing.
